BKK 14/03-19/03 08

so this is the first time best friend and i kinda like travelled overseas with our girlfriends and it was quite exciting to think of it. so spearmints (girlfriend) and i went over the night before cheryl and felicia did and we spent the night walking down khaosan road and being mesmerized by neon billboards, where our guesthouse is (Green House GuestHouse, Soi Rambuttri, Khaosan) really the bare necessity. our walls are plain, our beds are not really freshly made, the aircon isnt that fantastic (but i realized the trick only like 3days later), the room is quite boring but the shower is great i guess. but it is okay because spearmints does the trick by making it seemed like its like the greatest hotel in the world (quote "as long as i am with you")

(our train ride! spearmints and i are like great, we covered like air (plane), land(tuk tuk, railway, skytrains, taxis everything else except for bus), sea (we took river ferry almost like everyday) and like walk so much until she is totally exhausted and feeling all sick-ish in sg !)

(bamboo rafting, which is quite romantic, shiok and like funny because spearmints is so afraid of falling into the water which she will perpetually shout out " dont go so near the edge later you fall in and die." like 872327472784 times and because of her she felt like she is going to drown we had to wear life jacket because she cant tread water but pretend knows how to swim a little and afterall awhile she felt stupid for wearing life jackets)

(she has like flair in photography and i look horrible there but the setting is just nice, maybe she has perceptions as well. well.....)

we didnt really take much photos but we took alot of polaroids! just basking in each other's company since i have been away for too long and going to be busy for the next 4months! now we are back in sg, having stomach aches, diarrhea and like feverish! ok spearmints is in quite bad shape right now because she claims that i have exhausted her mentally and physically, quoting her" i cant feel my legs anymore", serve her right for being such a bum in sg! she is not recovering from her diarrhea and bad stomach pains.. and getting worried.

all she could think was about the 2000 baht sharkfins that we had, gone to waste in the bowl. hahahaha how to not love this woman!

i am waiting waiting for the whole collection of the vietnam trip photos and will publish them up soon, thank god i decided not go to tioman on friday morning because it would have marked the entire march of not being home! for now, my soul is in peace and piece i am ready to work and i am satisfied with the life that i am having right now filled with very much contentment.

i am back in the community to work for the next 4 months, i guess i will update often and not go on hiatus!
